The foregoing is the exclusive remedy and FireplacesAndPatioHeaters.com disclaims all other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, FireplacesAndPatioHeaters.com will not be responsible for consequential damages in excess of the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based. Replacement Parts: Replacement parts are available for most units. Occasionally, parts may arrive damaged due to mishandling during shipping. If you find within 15 days of receipt of your product that you do not wish to keep it, you may return it unused by contacting us at 1-800-428-1637. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in their original packaging. All returns must be authorized. Product that has been used may not be returned. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on returned merchandise to compensate for repackaging, warehousing and administrative labor. All components are warranted for a period of 1 year after date of purchase by the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and weathering, assembly and/or maintenance OR use in a commercial application. At FireplacesAndPatioHeaters.com’s discretion, products under warranty will be repaired and/or replaced at no charge to the customer. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. Failures and/or damage which result from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration or modification, failure to maintain, improper assembly or maintenance, serviced by unauthorized agency or use of unauthorized components or damage that is attributable to acts of God are NOT covered.

 

Purchaser assumes all risks in assembly and operation of these units.

 

There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Returns must be in the original packaging and in original condition and able to be resold. Any returns must be sent via prepaid freight in the original retail packaging and with a return number. Any returns that were for items with free shipping will be reimbursed for the cost of the item only--no shipping costs that were incurred by FireplacesAndPatioHeaters.com will be refunded.
